We value you as our loyal customers and want you to have a pleasant shopping experience with us.
We highly recommend that you inspect each product carefully upon receipt, as this will allow us to correct any issues in a timely manner.
Please note that our Merchandise has original tags attached. These tags are placed such that you are able to try on the merchandise without removal of the tags. Removal of the tag indicates that you have inspected and are pleased with the item. BelovedSparkles.com will not accept return of merchandises without the original tags attached.
Return and Exchanges
Shop Purchases may only be returned for exchanges. Please see return policy information.
Online purchases made through BelovedSparkles.com may be returned within 14 days from the receive date. Your return must have postmark date and tracking that specifies the return merchandise by mail our stores. Merchandise Returns will be eligible for store credit towards your next purchase within 14 days. Final sale and Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original return form or invoice and customs documents (if applicable).
Gift cards, e-gift certificates, final sale, custom merchandise may not be returned for credit, or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) was shipped.
- Sale item(s) and custom item(s) are Final Sales and cannot be return for exchange.
- Custom item(s) are Final Sales.
- All Hair Accessories are Final Sales. Due to the Nature of the Event Usage, these merchandise are Final Sales.
- Faulty or Damage item(s) in transit. Make sure to contact us within 3 days of receipt, with description of the damage and provide 2 clear photos. We will gladly offer a replacement of your original merchandise. Items must be returned unworn and unused, with tags attached with original packaging and must be accompanied by the original return form or invoice and customs documents (if applicable). Exceed 3 days or refuse to provide photos, we will not take replacement responsibility.
- Change design, change size or return items because of buyer’s reason. Make sure to contact us within 14 days of receipt and reason for return. Items must be returned unworn and unused, with tags attached with original packaging and must be accompanied by the original return form or invoice and customs documents (if applicable). Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and 10% restocking fee. Returning is not accepted after tear of the item tag.
- Please note that Colors may very as they appear to different computer screens, and designs/sizes may slightly different as they are handmade items. It is not be consider as a quality issue.
How to Return
Please contact us (on-line) for your Return RMA # within 14 days of your order receive. Let us know the items you wish to return and advise the return reason. Returns without the RMA# will not be accept.
Securely pack your merchandise and Return Form or Invoice in the original package. Please send the return items with tracking. We are not liable for items lost or missing packages in transit. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and 10% restocking fee. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the return shipped date for your store credit to be process. For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your store credit to be process. Store credit will be issue for the return merchandises less 10% restocking fee.
An email notification will be send once we receive and process the return merchandise.
Your store credit must be used for your next purchase within 14 days from the issue date.
